Frequently asked questions

All plushies are made with various brands of polyester yarn. I mostly use Bernat, Premier Basics and Alize Velluto yarns. They are filled with poly-fil and most have safety eyes.

Kids of any age can play with my plushies. However for younger kids that are prone to putting things in their mouth, it is best to ask for embroidered eyes, as the safety eyes could pose a choking hazard to young ones.

Orders are shipped through UPS, The USPS, or Fedex services. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can keep an eye on your package.

At this time shipping is restricted to the continental United States until I can determine rates for international shipping.

Order times may vary based on size, amount and complexity of orders placed. I will do my best to get orders out in a timely manner, and expected time from order to shipping is approximately one week. Shipping times will vary based off location and service used.

All items are made to order based off of the customization options selected with purchase. I am unable accept returns or refund purchases once an item has finished production.

I do not offer deliver or pickup at this time. That is something that will be in the works.
